Charity Golf Days 

Following discussion at a full Council meeting on the date below, it was agreed that all bookings for Charity Golf Days except the Club's would only be accepted under the following regulations: 

• Registered Charities MUST present their charity number before the preferential rate is given 
• Only 2 days be accepted in any golfing season
• Shotgun/2 tee starts will NOT be permissible on Tuesday or Fridays
• Tee times for shotgun/2 tee starts will be May to August inclusive 1.30pm start, September 1.00pm start
• Facility Fees for use of the course for shotgun starts will be £1200 for registered charities and £1500 for all other users
• All players be informed in their joining pack of the Clubs dress code and mobile phone policy
• The Club have the right to refuse any booking without giving a reason

Council Meeting on Date: 4th December 2007
