Covid-19 Guidance for Visitors - Updated May 2021

Arrival at the Course

Please arrive at the Course no more than 15 minutes before your round.

If you arrive earlier, please wait in your car before unloading.

We strongly recommend that you bring your own hand sanitiser if possible.

Observe social distancing at all times and resist the temptation to congregate with friends in the car park.

Arrange golf attire and change footwear in the car park if possible.

Check in at the Professional’s Shop on arrival.

Face coverings must be worn in all public indoor areas of the property.

Visiting the Professional’s Shop

On checking in, please make sure the Professional has your up-to-date contact details for track and trace purposes.

Two customers maximum permitted in the Professional’s Shop at any one time.

Card or contactless payments only.

Sanitised trollies and buggies are available for hire if required.

Buggies MUST be single hire and single use only (unless from the same household).

Clubhouse Facilities

The locker rooms and toilets are open. However, the shower facilities remain closed for the time being.

Please note, there is a one-way system in operation in the Men’s locker room; please follow it.

Two people maximum are permitted in the Men’s or Ladies’ toilets at any one time.

No cotton towels are available, please use the disposable paper towels provided.

Food and Beverage Service

Our full Food and Beverage service is now open.

When eating/drinking at the Club, you MUST check in using the NHS Covid-19 App for track and trace purposes. If you do not have a smart phone, you can sign in using our track and trace form situated outside the Lounge entrance. 

Table service is in operation. A member of staff will come to your table to take your order. Please remain seated when using the facility.

Please follow the social distancing and household mixing guidelines (up to 6 individuals or up to two households can sit together at one table).

On the Course

Golfers are to maintain appropriate social distancing when on tees and greens, walking to the ball, searching for a ball, or playing shots.

Golfers should not touch stray balls or the flagstick. The ball cleaners are not in use.

Bunker rakes are not provided on the Course. Golfers should make their own best efforts to smooth the sand using their Club and/or their feet when leaving a bunker. Preferred lies are operating in bunkers, ball to be placed within 6 inches not nearer the hole.
